Broker's Comments
This lovely boat has been owned from new by the vendor. It shows as the interior is in showroom condition.
Boatshed GIbraltar has previously sold two Hanse 445s. One was sailed extensively to and from the Canaries and Azores by the owner single-handed. I say this to give a feel for the ease of handling these model's of boat. It’s made even easier on this boat with two electric sheet winches.
The boat has only just been polished, anti-fouled and had her anodes changed (Oct 2021). She appears ready to sail after fuelling and provisioning.
If there is one sailing yacht in our listings that merits a viewing, this is it.
