Broker's Comments

I have to say this Westerly Conway is the best one I have ever seen she has had a beautiful professional refit with no expense spared The standard of workmanship and the quality of materials used during the refurbishment are of the highest order. The teak and joinery inside and out has been extremely well done. She wants for nothing regarding navigation instrumentation. She has a watermaker and a new engine in 2011.

The refit of this cherished classic yacht consisted of fitting teak-laid decks, new upholstery, replacing many interior bulkheads and joinery, equipping the yacht with an extensive array of electronic navigation aids, equipping the yacht with many items of safety gear and replacing the sails, masts, booms, standing rigging and running rigging.
New Hydrovane windvane fitted last year
New wind instruments fitted last year
New bowthruster fitted last year
New eberspacher heating fitted last year
New wind generator, and single side band radio.

Westerly Conway's are great family cruisers with a reputation of good build and stable sturdy sailing.
